If you are a Customer, you are empowered to use proprietary or third-party technologies on your website and host them in our App. If you do, you agree that it is your sole obligation to inform your Leads about any data you collect by using such technologies and the policies by which such collection is bound.

  • In order to facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access the data we collect to our group companies around the world. Your rights and protections will not be diluted by this transfer.
  • We take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information during international transfers.

  • We process personal information submitted by or for a customer as a processor on behalf of our customer, who is the controller of such data. We are not responsible for the compliance of our customers with applicable data protection law.
  • If your data has been submitted to us by or on behalf of a Customer, please contact the customer directly. If you wish to make requests to us directly, please provide the name of the customer who provided your data to us.

12. Facebook Integration Privacy Policy

What Data Do We Collect and Why

When you integrate Salesgem with Facebook, we collect your Facebook authentication information. This data is used solely for authentication purposes.

You can request the deletion of your Facebook integration by contacting us at [email protected] and all personal data acquired from Facebook will be removed from the platform within 10 working days.

After integrating your Facebook account and lead forms with Salesgem, your leads from Facebook will be fetched and collected in real-time into the CRM.

How Can You Monitor the Collected Data?

You can view all the leads collected from Facebook on the Facebook Integration Dashboard.

How Can You Request Deletion of the Data?

Since the leads collected from Facebook are essential business data, there is no self-service interface to delete this data. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. The data will be deleted within 10 working days.

Disclaimer

Once you request the deletion of data, all history related to those leads in the CRM will also be deleted. Deleted information may be retained in backups for up to 60 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
