Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time by following these steps:

  • Log in to your Salesgem account
  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Select "Subscription"
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription".
  • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of the current billing period after cancellation.

Refund Policy

Salesgem offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of subscription purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify your subscription plan at any time through your account settings.

The following conditions apply:

  • Upgrades: When upgrading your subscription plan, the new rate will be charged immediately, and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly. We will prorate the remaining time on your current plan and apply it to your new plan.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading your subscription plan, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Setup or implementation fees
  • Custom development work
  • Subscription fees where account terms have been violated
