To solve these challenges, we built an internal tool to accelerate lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions — and used it ourselves, inside our own agency, every day.

Seeing the impact, many clients urged us to offer it as a product. That's how Salesgem was born — turning our in-house tool into a CRM other small businesses could use.
